Well, we just found out we are going to have a little princess in our family. We are both really excited and Adam has told me multiple times how he is excited to have a little daddy's girl. I know that will be true in February, but until then Livy is keeping me in my place by making me sick.
I am still working full-time at the hospital, but at times it gets a little overwhelming with all the throwing up. My friends at work made me this wonderful kit to help ease the pain. They also decided to tape puke bags to all the computers; man it helps when you work with great people! The tables were turned when I became a patient in the ER. I woke up one morning and felt so weak from throwing up that I couldn't move out of bed very well. I received 2 Liters of fluid there and did not have to go to the bathroom for hours... Can I say--Dehydrated!
This is about 8 wks into the pregnancy.
This was at 17 wks, now this is when I really started to pop! Adam noticed my belly this week and told me that I finally started looking a little pregnant.
This was just last week at 18 wks. I felt livy move this week, I was at work and felt her roll. I stopped what I was doing and she did it again.. That is the coolest, but weirdest feeling I have ever felt before. Adam is sure that Livy is trying to talk to him. He puts his head up to my belly and says that she is talking to him.
We are enjoying pregnancy a little more, but hoping to be able to eat a dinner without you know what.. I am trying to stay active by exercising and Adam is staying busy with traveling. We feel very blessed to have a sweet little girl in my belly right now and all I can say is she will be worth it! Love you Livy!

Oh my goodness--- seeing that cute picture of baby even though it is just her legs --she is going to be soooooo cute!!! And you look great becca!
Yay for little girls! Doesn't it seem so much better being sick knowing you have an actual little person growing inside of you? I am so excited for you to have a little girl because girls are so fun (Not saying that boys aren't I just wouldn't know). It is so fun to see how they really do turn into daddy's little girl and how they just melt their daddy's heart every time they look at him. So Fun! Congratulations! You look wonderful. Love ya Laurie
P.S. your house looks amazing!
You look fabulous! What kind of exercises are you doing to stay in good shape? Anything special just for pregnancy? You really looks fantastic. And Livy? I'm not sure I'm pronouncing that right in my head. Is it like Live-ey or like Liv-ee? (short vowel or long vowel sound?) Is it short for Olivia? She'll sure be a dolly!
You look so cute!!! I can't wait to see you and to meet little Livy! :)
That's so exciting! And I love the name that you've chosen. I'm so sorry that you've been so sick :-( Lets hope it leaves soon and you have an easy rest of your pregnancy!
