We are having a BOY!!!

So we went to Fetal Ultrasound today and found out what we were having.  I usually walk down to the ultrasound department at work, but since I am not there anymore we thought we would make it a fun day at the mall.  We absolutely love and adore our girls and would be happy with either one, we just always hope they are healthy and strong.  If it was a girl her name would be "Hannah" and if it was a boy it would be "Brigham". I am 14 weeks today and just loved seeing our little "peanut" in my belly!
Adam was so nervous I have never seen him like that since we were married.  We ran to the bathroom before going into the ultrasound room and his hands were sweating so bad.  It was seriously adorable and it just melted my heart that my man was and is always so involved.  When we got in there she started showing us his legs and arms and then she said, lets go down there and see what you're having.  My nerves were high, but before she could say it I knew.   I yelled out, " I know what it is!!!" Then she excitedly said, "you are having a boy!"  I was so ecstatic, and I looked over at Adam and he screamed with excitement "BOOYAH!!!" as he did a round house with his arms.  We could not be more excited and it was so fun to be able to go see little Briggs inside of me.
Adam and I basked in the news and only told the girls for a good week.  It was so fun to know and start planning.  He wanted to tell everyone with 2 hats and act like he was a sports player picking his team he was going to be playing for.  It turned out amazing and so cute to see the words he put together for the video.

 Telling the girls:
Olivia wanted a boy and Asia said she wanted a girl, but both were so happy for little Brigham to be coming to us!

Our Little Brigham is coming our way!!!

Bye Bye Timpanogas

I was so sad today I had to call my boss and quit my job.  He was so understanding and told me he would help me and find people to cover my shifts, but I told him it was too hard.  I have been praying about it and I know that quitting is the best thing for me and this little baby inside of me.  Whenever I work I end up throwing up a lot more and it is tolling on my body.  It really makes me sad, because the ER is truly part of who I am and I feel like I am leaving family.  These co-workers I work with (both docs and nurses) are truly family and will always be!  From working hard together saving lives, baby showers, hanging out, fun competitions, and our annual softball team- these guys were always there for me!! I am going to really miss seeing them every week. Here are some memories from working at Timp!

I will always be a nurse at heart and will definitely be back in the hospital someday.  But right now my baby needs me and I am so happy and content with being a stay at home mommy!!!
