ZUMBA!!
So my friend Triana has showed me Zumba this year. She held a class all summer at the church and I was very consistant and went around 3 times a week. Livy would go with me in the stroller and would dance to the music. I really got into it and I shortly realized that it was a great work out too. Here are some fun shots of a performance we did in provo:
I may be a white girl when it comes to Latin dancing, but I can't stop.... I love ZUMBA!!

Lake Tohoe Adventure with the Fam
We went to Lake Tahoe with my family this past week. I have never been there before and was amazed at how beautiful the water was, it honestly looked like we were at an ocean. The pines that surrounded the lake made it even more picturesck. We spent time on the boat exploring, cayaking, lounging on the beach, and even fit in some wonderful smoothies from my new fun kitchen appliance...THE NINJA! This was Little Livy's first time on the boat and she did awesome, although she didn't enjoy the life jacket that seemed to invade her space, but was a trooper with the whole experience.
Fun on the beach... we had so much fun just chillen in the sun on the beach and playing with the kayaks.
Livy Loves her grandpa!
Girls just hanging out at the condo. We had a fun time at night playing games together and eating! As you can tell we are always gathered around food, what can I say.... Jacobson's love to eat!
Adam came for the weekend and we also invited our good friends, Steve & Lauren. We spent the rest of the weekend talking about the good old days and reminising about BYU (man I sound old!).
Overall, the trip turned out great! Thank you Dad and Mom for planning the trip. Lake Tahoe is gorgeous and we will look forward to the next time!

Livy's 6 month update!
Livy has truly been a joy since she arrived. She is growing big and is always bringing us new surprises, mostly good, but sometimes bad. She has recently had a few colds the last few months and was just put on antibiotics because she had a double ear infection, but overall the trip so far has been easy.
Her new thing is when she wakes up, she pulls the bumper down and looks at me through the crib and smiles, it melts my heart! I think she is also getting attached to me and I love it, I love knowing that I am the one she trusts and hopefully feels safe with. She is also a very determined girl and when she makes up her mind it is hard to stop her.
She is starting to become a very vocal girl and says DADADA all the time. I swear she tries to sing with me and knows what I am singing about. She starts to light up when I start..."I love Livy she loves me.." I am so glad she has a love for music and she is already touched by primary songs. Her favorite song when she goes to bed is, "I love to see the Temple."
She is sitting up, getting almost up on all fours, and rolls like crazy to get all of her toys. She spends a lot of time in her bouncer right now as well. She just bounces away and will stop and make sure you are looking and then continue to bounce. She has started crying when I walk away which has made me feel so important, I Love it!

Livy Loves her grandma and spents quite a bit of time with her. My mom has really been a life saver and is always wanting to watch her and spend time with her. I have had to work a little more than we wanted, but everything has turned out ok, because of her. Love you Grandma Michele!
She has been loving her little Tigger and Toasty Bear. She lights up and reaches for it when she sees it and pulls it in to hug it. I never thought she would love these stuffed animals so much, but they are definately becoming her best friends:
We started cereal a little late, because the doctor said it would be smart to do, because of all her food sensitivities. Here is how it went:
Mom... This chair is fun-Bring on the rice cereal!
This texture seems a little weird, but I will try it out.
Are you crazy mom? I would rather eat my chair than have this stuff!
First time with Squash and surprise surprise... same reaction!
We will keep trying, but as for now she is enjoying her momma's cream instead. She is sleeping 8-10 hrs at night, napping well, chunky & happy as a clam...so I don't worry too much about it.

St. George get away!
We went to St. George over the 24th of July weekend and had a blast. We had some friends; Jason & Melissa and Russ & Trisha join us as well. We had a great time and did lots of things. Here are some pics of our fun vacation:
Ate a bite at my favorite restaurant "Texas Roadhouse!" YUMMY :)
We hiked the part of the Narrows on friday. It was Livy's First hike and she did amazing and even slept while going through water. We did get some funny looks carrying her as we went through the water, I really enjoy hiking and we need to do this a lot more.
